We want you to know that we remain open and are continuing to provide essential vehicle service, sales and repair in ways that prioritise your health and safety. This includes adopting best-practice measures such as increased cleaning and hygiene in our showroom and service, guest lounge, washrooms and office areas.
New & Pre Owned Vehicle Departments:
New Toyota vehicles can be ordered via our online system on our website.
All New & Pre Owned enquiries will receive a video walk-around of the vehicle.
Our Sales Consultants are available to bring the vehicle to you for private viewings.
All vehicles are sanitised between test drives.
Phone and Email Communication between our Sales Consultants, Finance and LifeStyle departments will be offered as the preferred method of communication should our guests wish to remain at home.
Upon purchase of a vehicle, a delivery video will be sent to guests with specific details of their vehicle.
Vehicle pick up can be a very fast handover with minimal to no contact with our Sales Consultant or we are able to deliver your vehicle to you within the Metro area.
Service & Parts Department:
We have taken all necessary precautions to ensure our guest lounge is cleaned and sanitised regularly throughout the day.
All vehicles are wiped and sanitised at drop off and collection.

Buying Department:
Our team of Buyers are on the road throughout the day and are available to come to you to value your car without you needing to come to our dealership.
We request that if you have recently returned from overseas that you avoid our dealership for the 14 day self isolation request in place by the Australian Government, and if you’re unwell or been in contact with someone with Corona Virus that you postpone your visit to our dealership until such time as you are well or have completed your 14 day self-isolation.
